Ranking 2.0

 

The ranking in our clan has been, yeah we have to be honest, kinda under used. The main reason for this was that we could not think of a reasoning how ranks would be obtained and why to have people higher than others in a game which does not really has any link to clan ranks. However, as we won't be stopped by anything, besides a good meal, a fun game, or lazyness, we have made a system in which we think the ranking system is justified. 

 

The system will have much to do with teamwork and will be rewarding those who commit themselves to helping others out. Besides that, the new system will allow for a more structured and better functioning clan. So, can we get on with it already? Yes, we can (Thanks, Obama)

 

So as of now we use the following ranks:

Clan Master

Council

General

Commander 

Officer

Squad Leader 

Soldier

 

The ranks, besides the Clan Master and Council, are, instead of being obtained, up for request. This means that you can request a rank and we will provide you with it and the rights of it. However you will also be bound to the duties of the ranks. The duties of the ranks are for all most frankly the same, but still differ a bit. It is all about how much you are able to help out your clanmates in need.  So here are the ranks explained.

 

Soldier: You are new to the game and want/need to rank up your stuff. You have so much to still do/unlock that you have little time to help others out, because you are either not strong enough or you are in need of help yourself. 

Squad Leader: You are able to help your clan mates out for enemies until level 20. However, you also need to keep growing yourself, so you cannot help out constantly.

Officer: You are able to help your clan mates out for enemies until level 30. However, you also need to keep growing yourself, so you cannot help out constantly.

Commander: You are able to help your clan mates out for enemies until level 50. However, you also need to keep growing yourself, so you cannot help out constantly.

General: You can help out with practically any level, may it be Mercury sabotage or T4 Survival and you are willing to be there for your clan mates anytime in the game.

 

We will ask you personally during the evaluation rounds which rank you'd like to have and are capable of dealing with. Yet, do not think this will be the only time to change your rank. You can request a new rank anytime you'd like.

 

The rank of Council is to be similar to the rank of Clan Master. The Council members are together with the Clan Masters responsible for running the clan and will be discussing on new ideas and changes fro the clan. Besides their leadership function they are the same as a Clan Master and Commander, meaning you can ask them for help anytime they're online.
