Devstream 54
Well, even though it may have been already a while ago ( a bloody whole week, dammit, editors are you sleeping or just doing nothing at all?) Devstream 54 has been and here is a short summary of what has been said in that Devstream.
Parkour 2.0
Parkour 2.0 is getting to us within moments, bye bye stamina. Yet is also is still a work in progress and the Devs stll have to revisit a few elements to get it going, but so far things are going great. Its current design implementation won't interfere with our existing tilesets which means that we should be able to hop right into the new movement system without any concerns. The closer we get to the launch of Parkour 2.0, the more information we will get, so stay tuned.
Catbrow
As last Devstream already showed us the Catbrows, which name is not official yet, now we got to see them to be even more developed. Besides the Grineer variant we will also have different customizable looks for our Catbrows, like different tails and heads. As time will move along they will get more developed, .
Excalibur’s Rework
Oh good news! And no, this time it isn't the new Dacia Sandero Captain Slow, it's our old friend Excalibur.
Yeah, we all know him like we know our CD collection. Filled with good old memories and we would never want to do him away. However, with the current age of iPods and stronger Warframes they simply become useless and you have them stacked up somewhere far away gathering dust in your inventory.
Well, now the time has come for Excalibur to be saved, and God how he will. He's been completely reworked as we have seen in the last Devstream and now he will infact join us in the game.
Frost's Rework
But when you get to the end of your inventory and move aside the CDs (yeah, yeah, I'm still using this analogy) you see the boxes full of cassettes which are the same deal as the CDs, well in Warframe we kinda have the same with Frost. Now Excalibur has been upgraded, Frost deserves an ungrade as well. So, even though there is nothing really concrete yet, here are some of the ideas which will be in Frost's rework
-
Freeze will create patches of cold on any environment it hits.
-
Enemies frozen will stay frozen for longer periods of time, and proc a 100% chance to slow.
-
Ice Wave will be changed to a cone instead of a line, with its size adjustable by mods and rank.
-
Players can still stack Snowglobe and the ability timer will be removed from Snowglobe, we're experimenting with a maximum of 4 globes at a time.
-
Snowglobe will be able to freeze and push enemies away.
-
Avalanche - Enemies that survive being smashed from freeze will have their armor reduced, enemies that do die will do AOE damage and slow procs to enemies around them.

Arcanes and Cosmetics
We all know the struggle of finally getting an arcane, which puts use to your cosmetics, and then using it on your favorite helmet. Wow, that's great, you might think. But then all of a sudden you see that this week there is the Excalibur Proto Armor skin available and you really want that. You buy that and, dang, you can't move your arcane from the one cosmetic to the other. Well the devs are working on the idea of maybe replacing that, so keep up the faith.
Tyl Regor Underwater Boss Room
Have you also been pumped up to kick Tyl Regor's ass ever since you heard his voice or saw him 0n your screen? Or have you never really been bothered with the game and never get exicted about these boss battles? Well, sucks to be you then, because Tyl Regor is coming to fight.
This is still a bit away, but we can say that it will be a dynamic fight with the environment changing constantly and you will have to use you Archwing underwater.
So better get that waterproof ;)
The Moon
One of the future tilesets the devs are looking at developing is an early concept of Orokin presence on the Moon. Nothing is final but this concept art should give a good idea of our current direction, inspired by the idea that the Orokin played a role in the terraforming and settlement of the Moon.
New Weapons
Two new weapons in development are a Tenno-inspired rapier and a new Cephalon Primary weapon. The rapier will receive its own unique stance, while the Cephalon Primary will just be straight-up awesome.
New Cosmetics
New cloth technology means new cloth cosmetics! Although this new cape is an exciting (and much requested) cosmetic feature the devs also have not forgotten Trinity.
New Warframe
And there is much more to get exicted about, or greatly depressed, or just in the middle, like Ying-Yang. Yes it's the new Ying-Yang Warframe which is coming our way. It is still in development, but here are some bulletpoints which were shown in the devstream:
· Our new Warframe explores a lot of themes for Ying-Yang.
· Each Warframe has its own separate idle, personalities and unique moveset.
· Players will be able to split between each variation of the Warframe in mission.
General Stuff
· The Foundry app is still receiving updates, and players can currently manage a wide range of tasks (including Arsenal customization and Foundry management).
· Players will be able to claim items (such as Forma) in the Foundry app.
· New emotes are still in development, including an update that should let players toggle meditate.
· We're working on a new stance for Silva and Aegis and a new stance for Greatsword weapons.
· Visiting the Lotus will be part of a quest where you can meet her in her command center.
